Miramar Cultural Center Seeks General Manager

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • To create, develop, and implement strategies, policies, and procedures that will develop and promote the MCC as a successful performing arts facility, community center, and asset to the Town Center and the City of Miramar.
  • To develop and administer MCC's annual operating budget.
  • To directly oversee daily operations, including production and technical services, marketing and public relations, event services, ticketing services, guest services, and maintenance for the MCC.
  • To review operational results and make recommendations as needed related to policies, programming, and new opportunities.
  • To provide customers, both internal and external, with highest quality customer service and operational support in order to ensure smooth execution of events.

· To establish and promote relationships with user groups and renters for usage of the building.
