Responsibilities:
# Take orders by phone or email
# Respond to, handle and resolve customer phone, email, and chat inquiries
# Provide customers with accurate product and service information
# Identify and escalate customer issues
# Process Customer Returns and Exchanges
# Proactively address potential problems
# Communicate effectively and clearly with all other team workers
# Manage customer expectations relative to our product resources and objectives
# Perform other duties as required
# Work in a team oriented fashion within and outside of specified department
# Maintain cleanliness of personal and department space

Minimal Requirements:

# Legal to work in U.S.
# Ability to handle the phones and multiple lines in a courteous and professional manner
# A keen eye to detail
# Past experience in customer service industry (preferred)
# Professionalism and a good sense of humor
