KoKo & Palenki is currently hiring for the following positions
opening for a qualified Accounting person to handle various job duties at our corporate office.
This individual is responsible for the oversight and development of business strategies to meet current and future business goals. Oversees human resource department by making sure all employee packages are filled out correctly and background screening is completed
Creates reports to communicate results and analyzes trends to reduce costs and improves retention of new hires.
Position includes:
Payroll- the process of payroll for over 40 employees through a spreadsheet and processes it directly with ADP
Bank Reconciliations
Auditing of daily packages
Produce financials such as P&L statements
sales tax preparation
Must have a degree in finance or accounting
Must have great communication skills. Be able to multi-task
Must have exceptional knowledge of Quickbooks and excel and computer savvy.
Must be able to work some weekends occasionally as needed
