Our office is looking for a detail orientated, self motivated person to fill their open office position. Current office hrs are M-F, 8-5 but can have some flexibility if needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Accts. payable and receivable
-Data Entry, filing
-Inventory mgt
-Schedule appts.
-Reconcile bank statements
-Work with and around cats, dogs and horses
-Answer phones, take good notes and be able to communicate answers as needed

Qualifications and Requirements
-Strong background in Quick books is a must
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Detail orientated
-One to 3 yrs experience in a professional business environment
-Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
-Ability to multi task efficiently
-Trusted w/confidential information
-High school diploma or higher education preferred
-Non smoker a must
