We are an Urban Wear Store located on 1 NW 54th STR in Miami (Little Haiti) and are currently looking for a person to fill a sales associate position. Must have experience in Retail as well as great communication skills. You should have an outgoing and energetic personality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sell, Sell, Sell
- Greet Customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
- Provide feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit
- Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
- Ability to service multiple customers and make recommendations to build and close sales
- Recommend alternative purchase choices if product is currently out of stock
- Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
- Perform daily store maintenance tasks including stock work, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfer and light cleaning
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional and friendly
- Prior Retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Competitive drive
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow through skills
